Called first thing this morning and technician (Jeremy) was here by 12:26 pm. He addressed all concerns and repairs are to be scheduled. He was very courteous and knowledgeable in his field. I have been a Surgi customer for years and still feel like a valued customer.

I was getting crazy quotes from other companies for a sewer leak under my slab in the kitchen. They wanted to rip up my kitchen and break the slab. I called Mike to get another quote and he advised me he could tunnel it. Man was in and out in 2 day! I cant even tell he was here! I would recommend him to everyone! Great dude!

Noel's plumbing was great. We knew we had a huge plumbing project ahead of us and got several bids. Noel's was reasonable and the job involved tunneling and digging under the slab. The house was built in the 1950s and the old cast iron was at the end of its life. What really set Noel's apart was how they dealt with all the issues and unexpected problems that came up once they dug under and could really assess. They solved every problem as it came up and were easy to schedule and worked very efficiently. I would recommend Noel for any plumbing job, big or small. They respond right away and keep at it until the job is done. Great work.

Worst Service ever, I had someone come out Wednesday because I had a drip in my bathtub well they made it worse that it was to the point where I have to turn the water off to my house everyday when I am not using the water. They were supposed to come out Thursday to fix it they never showed up when they finally did call, they said they would be out Friday again they never showed up. I will never use them & I definitely won't recommend them to anybody.

We received a call from a tenant the Sunday before Memorial Day that sewer had begun backing up into bathtub. We called Roto-Rooter about 12:00pm. We really didn't think they would be able to respond the same day. The woman who answered the call was friendly and professional. She said they could handle the call later the same day. We got a 3-hour time frame, and about an hour or so after our request a technician called to say he could be there in 30 minutes. We manage the property ourselves, but neither my brother nor myself could get there. The tenant said that he would be about 15 minutes away. We notified the tenant, who met the technician. He diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate over the phone, which we approved. After the work was done the technician called back with the results and took payment over the phone. In under 4 hours the problem was resolved, on a Sunday, before a Monday holiday. Can't ask for more than that.
