I was getting crazy quotes from other companies for a sewer leak under my slab in the kitchen. They wanted to rip up my kitchen and break the slab. I called Mike to get another quote and he advised me he could tunnel it. Man was in and out in 2 day! I cant even tell he was here! I would recommend him to everyone! Great dude!

If you are looking to install a mini split, stay away from this company. They are not capable to perform that task.
We had them install it , and it was done so bedly, it leaked. $1,300 later, we had to involve a different company to repair it, and spent a lot of money to get it corrected.

I am a first time customer of Mr. Rooter's Plumbing. This Company is amazing. I called on Friday, four days before Mardi Gras with a shower and faucet leak. The leak caused my water bill to be extremely high. They accommodated me the same day with the most knowledgable technician Mr. Chris(Cowboy) . He explained why the problem occurred and what he was going to do to fix it. He also has great customer service skills and a very positive attitude. Thanks Again Mr. Chris (Cowboy).

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid for them to do video piping. On the day of our first scheduled appointment, I got a call from the receptionist 2 hours before the appointment claiming the plumber's car broke down and he needed to reschedule for the weekend. That Saturday, the guy was 3 hours late, never answered the phone, and I was basically embarrassed infront of the listing agent who essentially wasted his time waiting around for the plumber. The guy apologized and rescheduled for the following Monday. Monday rolls around and the guy is a no show again. I text him and his wife responds to the text saying her husband was sick all weekend and not at work.

I ended up using another agency who was prompt and efficient. I would never recommend Pipes r Us for anything.

They responded and came out within an hour unexpectedly and got the job done. I'm way more than satisfied. I appreciate the services rendered, and feel grateful to have my kitchen drain working properly again. Thanks 👍😊 Eagles Plumbing and Drain Cleaning! Also, gave me some tips to keep it in great shape. My experience was less than pleasant. From leaking water lines to leaking gas lines with my new construction build. Multiple re-schedules to finish and held me up an additional two weeks. Work was left unfinished and had to be corrected at full price I might add. No discounts or apologies.
