Best Tankless Hot Water Heaters in Nashville TN

I called Morton plumbing and told them that my water line was backed up and that I needed help that same day. No commodes were working, the kitchen sink was backing up, and the bathtub was backing up, so they knew the problem before they arrived.

They were nice enough to work me in that day, but when the technician arrived, he checked everything and told me I had a major problem. He also told me (after calling his office) that their equipment was not available to clear my sewer line, and that it would not be available until the following week (which was in about 4 days).

I could not wait that long since I had no working commodes in the house. I asked the technician if I should call RotoRooter or another plumber, and he said yes, and that he would call Hiller. I told him I was a Hiller customer but did not call Hiller initially because I thought they were very expensive and I had heard good things about Morton's.

So, bottom line, the Morton guy left, and then I was billed a $49 dispatch fee. I don't mind paying the dispatch fee if I was offered the option of Morton's do the work. But they were not able to help me that day.

When I called their office to ask if the dispatch fee could be waived, the woman who answered the phone kept interrupting me and said that her guy told me what was wrong so that I could call another plumber and tell them was what wrong. She talked over my attempt to speak and would not let me talk without interrupting. She said that I was told about the dispatch fee in advance (I don't remember being told about it) and that everyone was billed that fee and it had to be paid if I chose another service. The only reason I chose another service was because Morton's did not have the equipment available. And if I told him in advance about all the issues I was having, why did he come to my home if he did not have the equipment to fix it?
So, my complaint is poor customer service, and having to pay a fee when they were not able to do the work due to their lack of equipment.

I recently used Choice Water Heaters to replace our leaky hot water heater. Incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They made it out to the house very quickly! While replacing the water heater, they were able to reroute a water purification system that was blocking access, and all for a great price! Will definitely be using again!

Shower handle stopped working. Called Mid 10 Plumbing and they diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable price and scheduled an appointment for the next day.

Juan Alvarez, the owner came the next day, got to work, and solved the problem quickly. Juan was friendly and professional and I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber. I highly recommend.

We signed up for annual service for our two HVAC units. Our service tech Josh Koehn was on time and a nice guy! He did a thorough job and didn't complain about having to climb up into our attic or wade through our cluttered garage. 😅 (Disclaimer: this review was requested by the business)

Called on a Saturday with a leaking water heater. They were there within two hours and installed a new water heater. Great service!

I called and they had someone out within half an hour. We had a major leak and they had it fixed up the same day. Very professional, courteous, communicative and just really nice people. I will hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs.
