Had a leak in the bathroom in the wall. Did not know where the leak was coming from. The water was coming up through the grout and the baseboard was discolored and wet. Technician Jesse Allen arrived, covered his shoes, and got right to work. Leak was found behind the wall from hot water line running to the shower. Jesse Allen was friendly, professional, and polite.

Mt. Juliet Plumbing and Leak Detection was very courteous and responsive, calling me back within minutes. I must add extremely patient working around my schedule when I had to cancel an appt. twice!! Ed was punctual, professional and was able to quickly acknowledge what repair was needed and explain why. If needed, I will definitely call Mt.
