Best Plumbing Technician in Nashville TN

I have been using Morton for plumbing and HVAC for the last 4.5 years. They are great company, do great work and are super helpful in explaining what is actually wrong with things. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and would recommend them to my closest friends and family.

This was my first experience with 615 Plumbing and I'm extremely pleased with their service. Making an appointment was quick and easy and the tech was prompt and on time. The work was completed quickly and at a much more reasonable price than the two large Nashville home service providers I've used in the past. 615 Plumbing has earned my future business.

Busy Bee came out to install a new thermostat messed my heat and ac up tried to tell me I needed new unit blah blah blah my ac or heat hasn’t worked since then I called ARS of Nashville set an appointment set up , they came that same day I have heat now I’m very happy I choose an package they offered only pd $25 dollars to get my heat repaired that same day actually yesterday

We had an on-going issue with our upstairs AC unit for about three years. Our technician was able to diagnose and repair the issue after several HVAC companies failed to do so. Our technician was courteous and professional and tried to explain things as he went along. Definitely satisfied with the outcome.

This review is more centered around the job AJ performed. AJ was here when they said he would be and called ahead to make sure we were prepared for his arrival. He was very professional, clean and courteous. Excellent manners; yes sir, no sir, may I come in, etc. Admirable qualities that are becoming more and more scarce. He made sure he wore his booties in the house to not scuff the hardwood floors and never complained about the work or the extreme heat we are experiencing currently in Middle Tennessee. AJ quickly diagnosed the problem with my HVAC not blowing cool air. He was able to explain the problem very simply for me to understand and show me where particular levels should be and explain how he determined what was the problem. AJ has the highest level of integrity I have seen as I was not aware that my warranty for my Trane not only covered parts but also labor. He found this out by doing a little research when we bought the unit and discovered that I had purchased both parts and labor with my warranty. By going that extra mile, he saved me thousands it would've cost me to get my system repaired. I am forever grateful! His repairs were done accurately and the system literally runs better than new. This is due to his excellent troubleshooting capabilities, extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and certifications, many years of experience, hard working nature and integrity to leave things better than when you arrived. He was honest and trustworthy. Never giving out a talk off or sales pitch. Everything was cleaned up and put back where he found it before leaving and he even hung out a few extra minutes to assure the system was operating efficiently. He never talked down to me and always respected/treated my house as if it was his own. I can't say enough good things about AJ and highly recommend him coming out to service your HVAC system. Give that boy a raise cause he definitely deserves it!

I enjoy working with Jewell. Easy to talk to. The office staff is very friendly. They do the job correctly so they don't have come back fix the problem.

They were pleasant to work with and worked quickly to get us back up and running.

These guys were at my house in 30 min to replace a leaking hot water heater. They went above and beyond answering so many of my questions and did a fantastic job with the installation. I am going to use them as my semi-annual HVAC servicer too. Highly recommend.

Joseph Kilzer came out to my residence for a maintenance /service check. He was very respectful, polite, and understanding that I am new to home-owning, especially an older fixer upper home. He answered any questions I had and provided phenomenal customer service!!
