Nathan Bishop was assigned to come troubleshoot an apparent zone control problem affecting two crucial rooms at our business. The underlying issue was not obvious,but he persisted, discovered the problem, and resolved it. Kind, professional, and trustworthy. Couldn't be more pleased with his results yesterday. Had the mix of old PVC, galvanized, and iron pipe plumbing replaced with new Pex line. The system was brought up to modern standards and code, and the pressure/flow rate in my lines was greatly improved. The job was done with a minimum of mess, and in a very reasonable amount of time. My questions about the changes, and what I might expect in the future were answered, and the two workers were courteous and patient. Am very happy with the results.

This a a company that is to big and doing to many things. Used them several years to service my AC unit. They told me they would at my house between 8-10, when I called they told me they no longer had the time they set up available. Rescheduled for between 12-2, the technician did now show up until 3:30. I was greeted with and Oh there you are, Like he had been waiting on me all day. I had to initiate all contact with the company. Each time speaking to a different person for multiple phone calls.

I had a gas water heater issue for about 2 or 3 years. The pilot light would go out periodically under certain windy conditions. I've had 3 or 4 other companies over during that time and all focused on the venting or some other aspect of the engineering of the appliance. All to no avail. Problem hadn't been solved. TRENT TUCKER from Hoffmann Brothers came, listened to me intently, and systematically diagnosed the issue. Turns out my gas pressure into the house is low. No one ever even considered that previously. It also turns out that the fix sits with the gas company, so TRENT TUCKER was honest and didn't play on my naivety and try to replace parts or find a way to justify a more intrusive fix. I am SO pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and demeanor that Hoffman Brothers definitely won me over. Thank you.

Our air conditioner went out and within a few hours of calling MCH for help, they were here to fix it. We have used MCH for several home repairs and they are ALWAYS helpful.
