Hoffman brothers in Nashville came out in September when i purchased their home protection plan and maintenanced my AC & HVAC. They brought my kids coloring books and my dogs treat. You can’t beat that customer service. I love their home protection plan because they send you a year supply of your filters so it’s really an amazing value. They also give you an accurate time window and call you when they are on the way, sending you a text or email with a picture of the person he was coming to your home. Made me feel very safe! Loved them

I just bought my first house and the AC unit was giving me trouble. MCH came highly recommended, and I loved that they are a family owned business. They came out within 24 hours, and Aaron was extremely thorough. He meticulously cleaned my unit, replacing a part for me, and was communicative the entire time. He let me know as long as I take care of it I don't have to get a new unit any time soon. Every employee I spoke with from start to finish was so kind and helpful. I love seeing a small business be really really good at what they do, and plan to only use MCH for all my future needs.
