Best Electrical Outlet Installation in Nashville TN

Chase Vaughn was very informative when he made repairs to a leaking faucet and toilet. It is an older home that needs to be updated in the near future. So thankful there was nothing extreme just home owner repairs. Thank you, for your assistance. ??

I’ve tried calling multiple times a with no response. Why would you run a business that closes? 24/7 help is a better option. It’s sad that Lowes will answer the phone before this company does.

I meant to do this review sooner, but better later than never. I’ve had such bad experiences in the past with trade workers; this experience was opposite of those experiences. Austin D. from Bates came to my property, took his time to diagnose my electrical issue, explained the problem to my level of understanding, and executed the fix. It was ridiculously affordable. I can’t say enough good things about Bates Electrical and Austin. If you get him as your service provider just know you are in the best of hands.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gary for any electrical needs. He helped me fix the outside outlets via a single 20 minute telephone call. He gave me simple to follow instructions and didn’t charge me anything. (No, it had nothing to do with the breaker box.) He helped me for FREE! And, both the front door and back door outlets now work again.

My job and great place to work

I called them out bc I a local Franklin person. They charge way too much! $400+ for replacing an outlet and junction boxing a wire. Never again. One a positive note- Levi was my electrician, he was great. Very professional.
