Best Drain Line Video Inspection in Nashville TN

On a cool Sunday morning as we prepared for church, we woke up to our downstairs toilet over flowing with water. The water was pouring onto the floor and the bathtub was about half full of residual back flow. It was a nasty mess and my attempts to plunge the problem were unsuccessful. I knew I needed a professional, but who could I call on Sunday morning? I thought of a few companies I know that specialize in this type of service and as I began calling down my list all I got was an answering service telling me “all agents are busy at this time”. I finally made it down my list to Roto-Rooter and when I called I got a real person on the phone who took my number and informed me that the plumber on call “Roger” would be calling me soon. Roger did call me and let me know he would be here in about 2 hours. He then called about an hour later and told me he was on the way. Roger was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. He immediately got to work and within an hour my problem was solved. Michael was an excellent tech

We have had them come out 2 times to look at our gas units because they were emitting Carbon Monoxide. They were unable to find the problem after 2 visits. After attempting to schedule a 3rd visit, they stated that we would be the first customer for the day. When we didn't hear from them, they told us that they made a mistake and didn't schedule us like they had stated. We waited over 6 hours without a call. When I called them back around hour 5 they stated that we were next in line, but that no technicians had finished their first job of the day. We called back and cancelled our 3rd appointment to go with another vendor because of the safety hazard. We have had to shut down our business operations for 3 days which is affecting our ability to function as a business.

During the coldest and iciest spell this part of Tennessee has seen in ages, when I called at 9o’clock am he answered which was surprising in and of itself. He promised to have service to me within 2 to 3 hours. AMAZING! You are now my go to plumbing service. Thanks.
