Best Commercial / Industrial in Nashville TN

Scheduled to arrive between 10-11am to provide an estimate for work - they didn't show up until 2:15pm. No call or explanation, and ringing the doorbell woke our babies whose nap time we were specifically avoiding. Will NOT be doing business with them.

REGAN IS AWESOME!! We live in a townhome on a slab and knew we had a huge leak somewhere and every plumber told us we were losing gallons a minute but couldn’t locate our line or leak. Because of these factors, we were either not getting calls back or estimates above 6k, which included excavation and lots of destruction inside our home to repipe the whole house.
I reached out and Regan responded within 30 minutes and took the time on the phone learning about our situation before he even came out! He was super friendly,responsive, and came out on a holiday. He was right on time and used his state of the art equipment to locate and mark our water line and the leak.
Thanks to his prompt and knowledgeable help, we were able to save over 5k in plumbing coats and destruction to our home.

BEWARE RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF, this company should be ashamed of themselves. A technician from the company just came to my home to give me a quote on connecting a gas line. After being underneath my home for five minutes he quickly determined that it was moisture under my home. The technician has to come inside my home and go through a crawl space which is aligned with encapsulation. Little did he know that I had another company to come out the day before and everything was great. I just wanted to compare quotes and go with the best and most fair quote. I was told that I would get my quote right away and the technician left and said he would have to send someone else out to take a look. Needless to say I am out of a $79 for someone from this company to come to my home to try and rip me off to make the company more money. If you are looking for a trustworthy company, look elsewhere.
