Called to have my hot water fixed and was given a same day appoint with repair.

While I didn't end up using this plumber due to timing, he was very informative, responsive, and helpful with my questions as I was coordinating some work on my home. He was recommended to me by someone. In the future, I plan on using this service.

Quick customer service on the phone and friendly knowledgeable in-home service. Will use them again for other issues. This one specifically was for an Aprilaire humidifier.

Jake the Plumber is the best. We came back from a 10 day vacation and were shocked to learn our whole house temperature was near frozen due to problems with the thermostat. The water tanks of all toilets were completed frozen and two shower cartridges were cracked due to ice expansion, not to mention the frozen pipes. The next day when the room temperature returned back to normal, the water in one of showers began to leak uncontrollably. Then we called Jake the Plumber on Sunday afternoon and they came in less than one hour. They quickly fixed the problem of the broken pipes in the house and performed a courtesy check to make sure all the other water pipe problems were fixed. Our family greatly appreciates the prompt work they did for us. Jake the Plumber was very nice and professional during the job and we highly recommend them for any future plumbing problems.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

These guys are excellent!!! Over the past few years we have had a bunch of different plumbers over to our place. Weld & Sons are by far the most professional, reliable and friendly plumbers we have had.

We had them install drain pipes in our basement, which required them to jackhammer up the concrete floor. They did so in a very time efficient and clean manner (seriously impressive).

Their plumbers were both super friendly and talkative. They offered advice on how to proceed with my project after they left. Truly a 5 star experience.

Prompt, reliable, honest, integrity, reasonable. Major window leakage from the storm of last week, flooded the entire basement. Jeff came within an hour of my phone call and had the team there immediately. GREAT SERVICE, HOPEFULLY THOUGH I WON'T HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN DUE TO WATER DAMAGE, but if I do, they will be the ones I call. Thank you Jeff!

Customer service is just terrible

Steve was thoroughly knowledgeable and with care explained everything happening with our water heater, water softener and faucet, in a slow and clear way we could understand. While their pricing is high, I value local companies paying decent wages and benefits to their people.

Slow, sloppy, rude, and take every possible shortcut. They make excuses for their grumpy and sloppy team members and say 'but their great at their job'...no they are not.

Updated 2022. Our project part of MAC noise mitigation. 2 and 1/2 years later still trying to get the project done correctly to cool our house and now also dealing with vibration damage from Erickson turning up motors above factory settings.

June 2022 update: October 2021, here we are in June 2022 and little has been done.

October 2022 update: still trying to get vibration damage corrected and fixes to cool entire house. Ericksons, MAC and Crossroads won't return calls or emails.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Very intent to details, family oriented integrity driven company

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
