I called to make an appt & they were able to come out within a few hours. They were able to get drainage for us after I spent most of my evening prior working on it. The technicians were courteous, understanding, polite & didn’t hesitate to explain things I had questions with. I’m pleased with their service.

They were extremely prompt in our time of need, were able to answer all of our questions and work towards a solution quickly and efficiently.

Called Roto Rooter due to a sewage backup in my basement. The appointment was scheduled immediately and I received a call with a 30 min heads up on arrival, which was extremely helpful.The service tech, Brian, was very respectful of my home and knowledgeable. He walked me through what the entire process would be, what the potential issue could be and proceeded to do the work while I went on with my morning. Upon my return, Brian explained to me exactly what the issue was and ran a few tests to ensure the issue was handled so I wouldn’t have to deal with this moving forward. He also explained what could be done to prevent this in the future. Rest assured that, if Brian is in your home doing the work, you’re in good hands.

I called Roto-Rooter this morning after I found my basement floor drain had sewage around it. The dispatcher was able to get a technician out within 2 hours. Our technician Dave was wonderful. He was very thorough and made sure there was no further blockage and all service needs were met. Thank you Roto-Rooter for your timely and efficient staff.

We are extremely impressed with our experience! We had a 70's gravity furnace that was in desperate need of upgrading. We survived on window ac units and needed a full ac installation. We couldn't be happier with our new setup. Marty gave us a thorough proposal and explained all of our options. Kevin, Joe and the team completed our removal and installation in two days. They even added a new toe kick to get much needed air into our kitchen. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional integrity and service.
