New house, new to St. Paul. Had a leaky water spout on exterior of house. I didn't spend much time looking at it assumed it was frozen pipe problem. Jake's plumber came out assessed situation (5 mins) tightened a nut on top of the water fixture and fixed the problem. CHA CHING $204 service call minimum. OUCH!

Erik Nelson Plumbing recently completed a full re-pipe of my house. Adam and Simon were excellent throughout the full process, providing a transparent range of options to choose from. ENP was able to fit me into a tight schedule and worked diligently while here. Even with discovering and fixing an additional issue the work came in at the low end of the estimate. I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Deyvi came to our home and I couldnt be happier! Hes professional and courteous. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our septic system and plumbing. I paid 1/3 of the price I was quoted earlier today by another plumbing company that wanted to come in and flush our entire system, remove our toilets, etc for a simple plumbing issue. I LOVE Kelly Plumbing! We have used their services for the last 7 years at our home in Highland Park. We recently had to replace our water heater and Jody, their friendly office person, was able to squeeze us in this month. Great service, job done well and charged what they quoted

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
