This is the 2nd time I've hired TJK plumbing, and they did not disappoint.
Kurt did a fantastic job installing a new line for our gas range! I appreciated the fact that he was very forthright about explaining the procedure and the cost. He thoroughly cleaned the work area and left a very detailed description of the completed job.

Andrew 2766 was great he answered all my questions about my sewer line. Was very helpful. Told to have my sewer line inspected with a camera. Thanks roto rooter

We had Clint come today and find out what was causing our plumbing problem. He outlined simply what the costs would be and and left it up to me whether I wanted to proceed. He was very courteous all the while he was here and tackled the problem right away. Within an hour, he was done and I am one happy customer!!

Allister is amazing and was able to correctly identify our problem and fix our basement floor drain that had tree root issues in less than 45 minutes. Very friendly, respectful, and willing to explain what was going on and how to prevent in the future. Will give some good scritches to any cat that approaches. He was there on the earlier end of the 4-hour window given by Roto-rooter (6pm-10pm for a 3:30pm call) and they would have had someone out even earlier but the first technician had van issues. Definitely recommend, especially if you get Allister.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
