We used Erik Nelson plumbing upon the recommendation of a friend, and were super satisfied with the service. Not only did our plumber fix the sink clog, he explained the process, and how to reduce the chance of it happening in the future. ENP will be our go-to plumber!

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

I had Norblom out to replace an old water heater that had started leaking the day before. They were on time, professional, and charged exactly what had been quoted over email. The quote itself was significantly higher than I have seen from other companies ($1958.99 for an incredibly basic water heater), but I went with it because it’s December and not the time for me or tenants to be without hot water.

The only complaint I had with the service itself is a painted door that was scratched in the process of moving the old water heater up the stairs. They had to work a miracle to fit the 75 gallon water heater up the stairs, so a scratch is understandable, but for the price of service I would have expected an acknowledgement and apology. All in all, though, they did their job and I’m grateful to have hot water again.

I feel like I got swindled. Our AC went out on a Saturday, and Bonfe was one of the only available companies that would come on the weekend, so we went with it. The tech found that he needed to install a new part, and recommended another new part to help keep the same thing from happening again. It was expensive but the part sounded like it would be expensive, so I went with it. Turns out the parts aren't expensive at all (I found both of them for about $100 combined) and we were charged $877. The company, of course, won't break down how much parts cost and how the total got that high. Oh, and he wrote some bogus name for the part on the invoice. High voltage storage device - that's not a real AC part.

Highly recommend Erickson! They were super quick to respond, my appointment was schedule promptly the very next morning, and Jeremiah, my technician, arrived early with my approval that the earlier time worked. The cost of AC repair was reasonable, and Jeremiah provided very helpful tips, especially as we consider replacement in the future (as both our AC and furnace are very old). Thanks, again! We will be getting an estimate from Erickson!

We have been part of Standard Heating’s Smart Club Plan for the past 12 years and we knew they would be our go-to company to call when we discovered that our old chimney cap had rusted off and blew into our neighbor’s backyard!We had our chimney liner and cap replaced by Nate & Nathan today and they did a great job!They were able to explain the process, answer our questions and even removed the old materials when they finished.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Quick to show up. Cleared tough clog. Very reasonable rates. Will call every time I have a problem.

Best service you could ask for. Very respectful and sociable. Recommended services were rational and fairly priced. Had all my problems fixed and everything was working properly within less than an hour. Was very neat and respectful of my home. Would happily recommend to anybody in need.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.
