They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. They listened to our needs and did everything they could to make it work how we wanted. We will be hiring them again for our basement bathroom rough-in in the future.

Erik Nelson Plumbing has come out 3x during the pandemic for us. They were quick, reasonably priced and did an excellent job all while being respectful of our covid safety expectations. I highly recommend them!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I own a duplex and my tenants called me on a weekday evening with some of the worst news, their sewer drain was overflowing and water was all over the laundry room.I called Roto-rooter and they were out at my doorstep within an hour. They eventually found the blockage and removed it, all for a pretty fair price (around $450, charge for sewer blockage + pulling a toilet + emergency call).The guys they sent out, Andrew (ID 2766) and Matt (ID 6772) were fantastic and didn't leave till the job was finally done (they were still there at about 10:30p on a weekday).I really appreciate the work they did and I'll definitely use them again.

The plumber from Roto Rooter found the cause of our leak underneath the dishwasher. Very prompt.

Awful value and very high rates. Toilet water shut off valve handle replaced for $130. The o-ring was broken off, allowing for water to run into the tank when shut all the way off. Paul replaced just the knob, the piece that holds the o-ring, and a new o-ring.
Paul checked in at 10:45 via text and checked out at 11:15 via text, and I had received that text at 11:10. $70 to show up and $50 per 15 mins, even if they are done before that the 15 mins is up. They also charge you for the time it takes for them to write up an invoice (not worth charging for, since it’s not part of the technical job).
Definitely not worth the value.

Find a better place on google that had more reviews, even better reviews, and is more at the top when you sort by top rated. I had an appointment for later in the day with a company that doesn’t charge for estimates or coming out, then Mike From Norblom called and said they could come right away. My mistake for accepting convenience.

I called and talked to Mike after my appointment to express my concern and his response was that they texted the cost information and then mentioned that a company that doesn’t charge for a estimate charges more to do the job.
I find a company that doesn’t charge for an estimate to be customer centric and not bottom line hungry.

Dave was outstanding! Diagnosed the problem, explained it well, and fix it! He was very nice as well. Very pleased.

The electrician was very efficient and polite. He explained what he was doing and answered questions I had.

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Great company . Great job. This is our third job by them.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Quality plumbers and very good at meeting deadlines, and communication. Highly recommended !

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
