Best Water Line Repair in Minneapolis MN

I had an unusual toilet leak where the water was leaking at the base . I only noticed it because there was a darker shadow showing thru the lenolium. Also, there was water dripping from a chase in the bathroom below.
Josh was able to determine why the water was leaking in the basement bathroom and it was from the upper toilet.
The upstairs toilet is old and it was a wax ring failure. He found the problem and solved both issues.
He was outstanding with his knowledge.
He was very courteous and kind and cleaned up any messes that occurred.

MN Plumbing isn't what it used to be. High pressure sales tactics to make money. And was told half truths to scare me in to purchasing unnecessary service. Done with them!

Great work by Jake the Plumber! We had a drippy faucet in the bathtub, Jake came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to have the work done. I was impressed with each person we met. Adam in the office was great and helped troubleshoot and scheduled same day service. Stu was professional, on time, wore shoe protection and wowed us with his knowledge. Request was to make it safe and code compliant. They identified the problem and did the necessary work to bring it to code and make it safe. Dryer was installed. The shut off replaced, line secured and the ducting was replaced. Looks great. I would recommend.

This was my first experience with a professional plumber as a (female) homeowner. My dad used to help me with all my plumbing needs prior to this. Once I noticed my floor drain backing up after doing a load of laundry, I needed help. I called on Monday morning, they gave me a 2-5pm window. It was approaching 4:15, I called to see if someone was still coming out that day and they stated they were running late. That was fine, but I had evening plans so I rescheduled for the next day for 9-12 widow. The tech, Mark, called and let me know he was 30 minutes out. When he approached my house, he was very polite and asked if he wanted me to wear his shoe guards. I showed him the problem area, and we went over what our options would be and the long term benefits of hydrojet vs. the snake. I ended up doing the hydrojet because my home was built in 1948 to clear 70+ years of sludge. Man was I happy we did that! After he finished that process, he looked underneath my utility sink and was concerned about the plumbing trap the prior owners installed. Not thrilled about spending additional money I agreed to have it replaced because I knew it looked wrong.Mark was very friendly and compassionate while remaining professional in a situation that was a first for myself. Being a female homeowner, sometimes you can feel like they are taking advantage of your lack of knowledge, but I did not feel this way with Mark at all. He was a great tech, did a great job of explaining everything and if you get him, you will be lucky because he does a very through job. Site was left clean and tidy.In the pictures, you can see the pipe that was not hydrojetted where the opening is very clogged vs the one that received the hydrojet and is pretty much open.If I were to ever need a plumber again, I would definitely use Discount Plumbers.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
