Best Water Line Repair in Minneapolis MN

I emailed TJK to see when they could come and help with a project I had started on my own (installing a utility sink in the laundry room). I decided I needed a professional. They emailed me back right away and was able to get someone out the next day! David came and walked through the best options and provided a quote and then got to work. I'll never try plumbing on my own again! I only did it myself as I figured it would take a long time to get a plumber out to my house, but not with TJK! Fast, professional and great communicators. I now have them on speed dial :-)!

I have had them service my house twice now and haven't had a single good experience.

The first time I wasn't given a single quote and then was charged hundreds more than I was expecting to pay for a simple expansion tank replacement on my boiler furnace.

The second time the plumber took 5 hours to replace my water heater and I was charge $200 over the quoted price. This was after I had to go through multiple emails of sending them photos and measurements, all while waiting a week without hot water. On top of that when the plumber soldered the pipes he mentioned There might be some soldering residue in the pipes. Just run the water till it comes out clear and you should be fine. Thanks to the small of amount of residue both my bathroom shower and sink faucet were clogged. What kind of plumber doesn't make sure the water works back to normal, hot and clear before leaving the house? Absolutely annoying that after paying hundreds over the quoted price I still had to go in and unclog the mess their plumber left in my pipes.

Edit: Minnesota Plumbing and Heating reached out to me and talked through the problems and issues I had with their service. Although I still originally had a negative experience, I was impressed that they took the time to correct the issues I had with my experience and act on my feedback.

I would absolutely recommend Jake The Plumber. We needed a shower control replaced in our master bathroom. There was no access panel to the rear, and they had to cut into sheet rock to get the access. Stu was very careful and took the tile on the other side of the wall off without causing any damage. I was able to re-use these tiles when when we closed the wall back up. Just an example of the careful, excellent work Jake the Plumber does. Our job was finished in 3 hours and works perfectly.

Last Thursday evening, I saw black mold and water bubbles on the dining room ceiling! Looking for a Longfellow-local plumber, I found ENP. They picked right away, and John came out early this week, located the source of the leak, and cleaned up the mess. He was personable, professional, and considerate. Two days later, he returned with a coworker to replace the burst lead pipes and remove the old toilet, replacing it with a low-flow toilet that was better seated in the bathroom. The dining room floor and bathroom are now cleaner than they've ever been, and I have names for two different contractors who can sheet-rock the ceiling. The final price was lower than I expected, too. Wow! Happy? YOU BET!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Prompt, reasonably priced service by a local plumber. Kent replaced 7' of copper and a ball valve in our 80 YO home. He provided cost effective options without pressuring into upper tier sales. My wallet doesn't want to see a plumber again, but Weld & Sons will be our go to.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
