Best Water Line Installation in Minneapolis MN

We had a pin hole leak in the copper pipe right above our main line above the meter as weeks ago. I called TJK plumbing and TJ was out to our house within about an hour to make an emergency repair. He suggested replacing the old copper tubing from the meter to the softner and to the existing outside line. A few days later, Brad came out and completed the upgrade and also added a new ballvalve shut off above the meter! I could have been more impressed with the quality and efficiency in which the work was completed. TK and Brad were both super knowledgeable and friendly! I would NOT hesitate to recommend TJK Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have. Thanks TJ and Brad!

Jake the Plumber was the second quote we got on a job in our century-old condo unit where we are relocating a washer/dryer and revamping a kitchen and utility room. Based on online recommendations and Jake's thorough examination of the job, we asked him to do the work.

On the first day the crew showed up at the designated time and worked through the day. Unfortunately, our old building had a surprise for us. After shutting down the building's water to install shutoffs to our unit, the building's valve failed and obstructed the flow of water to all the other units Jake and crew stayed on the job until after 9pm to repair the issue, and were complemented by the other occupants of the building on how well the situation was handled. Jake went to each affected unit and checked for pressure, and cleared grit out of water lines as needed. (Apparently this fragile old building has had other plumbing issues in the past, so the other owners here were remarkably understanding!)

Despite the extra work (our association covered the expense of the failed building valve - Jake's charges were very reasonable), Jake and crew completed the work on time and within budget. This job is the first of several as we rehab our unit and we will be calling on Jake the Plumber to continue when we begin the next phase.

Nick and John were prompt (actually early), professional, and provided quality work. They left the work space as clean, if not cleaner, than they found it. They were very personable, too and made sure all our plumbing needed were met.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Call at 830PM and he was there by 9:30 and unplugged our drian by 10:30.

Our commercial facility in downtown Minneapolis was having problems with its AC system since we installed NEST thermostats.

We contacted Erickson Mechanical to set up an AC inspection.
They were responsive and on time for the appointment and the service tech (Jeremiah) was professional and able to diagnose the problem. He made some wiring adjustments to align better with the NEST programming and our facility AC issues were rectified.

Friendly service. Good recommendations for faucet and new toilet, much appreciated and great quality. Cooperative and friendly office person. Reasonable rates comparatively.

Great experience all around! Aside from the drain backing up that is. I was given an estimated time frame and price quote when I called. It cost exactly what I was quoted and our service technician Nick showed up closer to the early time than the late which is always nice! Nick was very nice and took his time explaining what he was doing and did an excellent job! He checked very thoroughly to make sure the problem was fixed before he left and gave good recommendations for future prevention but was not pushy about anything at all. I very much recommended them and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

I would give these guys 10 Stars if I could! I have been dealing with back-up sewage for quite a while now due to tree root in my pipe and I have always turn unto Craigslist for sewage cleaning service. However, none of this handyman from Craigslist would do a good/recommendable job so I decided that it is time I stop wasting my money on unprofessional services.

So, here was I on google searching for “professional sewage cleaning companies near me” and I found Right Away Sewer and Drain Cleaning on the top of my search feeds. I saw all the great reviews this company had received and decided “you know what, let me call this guys up”. Upon calling, Pablo told me he would be able to make it between 1-3pm that same day and I told him that works for me.

Fast forward 30mins after the call, Pablo called me to inform me that him and his team might just be able to make it earlier than scheduled which even works perfectly for me. He showed up at the exact time, highly professional, friendly attitude, and overall provides the best service ever.

I had to saved down his number because I know I will recommending him to friends and families in future.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
