Josh was very up front with the estimate and gave us an accurate idea of how long the job would take. He cleaned the area well when finished and now we have a working tub/shower faucet! The person on the phone setting up the appointment was very helpful and friendly as well.

I chose Jake the Plumber because of their willingness to discuss potential costs for my repair before making the trip to my house. This was important to me and none of the other vendors I called would even tell me their hourly rate. Stu was great; he explained the scope of work and completed it quickly all while keeping the expense well within the range given on the phone. He did not try to up-sell me on anything. My wife and I just moved into our first home. I went to replace the shower head in the master bathroom and the whole arm came off. I tried calling three other plumbers only to get voicemails and haven't yet heard back from two. John answered right away and was at our house within 30 minutes of answering and had us back up and running one hour after I called him. Will absolutely keep using John's services!

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

Shane seemed knowledgeable &fixed my leaking Main Water Shut-Off Valve in NO time flat. Then he gave me a bid of of $1500 to hook up the Washer, Dryer (gas) & Rinse Tub in my downstairs laundry room, which was too steep for me (bid seemed way over priced). Then he gave be another bid of $550 to change out the Rinse Tub Faucet in my Laundry room ipstairs. Again way too steep & over priced. His total bod was $2200 for both laundry rooms. My husband said absolutely NOT. But Shane did give me a card for a Restoration Company & told me to ask for Dan.that he could possibly restore the 3 rooms that were flooded due to the leaking Shut-Off Valve. The resource ended up working out &TCFinest is restoring my damage. Last week I contacted a 2nd plumber for a bid in doing my laundry rooms, plus I added fixing a leaking shut off valve for the downstairs toilet, tightening two kitchen faucets & fixing the leak at the top of the neck of the upstairs bathroom sink. His bid for EVERYTHING was $320 (1/7th of the bid Shane quoted me to do just the 2 laundry rooms. Now I'm 100% certain Shane's bid was way high, that ,however does NOT make him a bad plumber he's merely EXPENSIVE.

Very satisfied with the work done by JD. They knew what they were doing, very professional and efficient. Even though another job got them delayed 10 minutes, they gave me a call to let me know about the slight delay. They cleaned up very well and took old parts with them. Will use them again in the future.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.
