Late Saturday night, heard a chug chug from downstairs and discovered a pipe had burst and flooded the bathroom. Called tjk who said they could come out Sunday morning. Adam arrived right away in the morning and was absolutely amazing! He immediately diagnosed the source of the leak and fixed it in no time. He even replaced our 45-year old main shutoff valve! Adam was so amazing - prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very personable and gave advice on our insulation and how to prevent future problems. I am so pleased with our experience with Adam and tjk Plumbing, and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Adam!!!

Great place to pickup plumbing hardware (and other hardware) that works. Stopped at one if the big box stores to pickup a coupler. Takes to one of the people there and bought what they told me I needed. Got home put it together and water during everywhere. Stopped at LeVahn Bros, told them what I was doing and what I have done, and they gave me a couple of options to try and resolve the issue. Got home put the first option in, boom, issue fixed. Saved me a ton from having to call the pool repair shop.

My kitchen sink would not drain. They had a plumber at my house within 2 hours and he finished the job in under an hour. Ruben, the plumber they sent, was professional, kind, polite, and conscientious of not making a mess. I am so thankful to have found an honest and efficient plumber.

Seems to be a yearly event to have my basement drain back up mid-December (I have a tree over my very old sewer line). I'm glad I can rely on Roto Rooter to get here quickly (within 24 hours every time) to clean out the drain. Every time they've been great to work with. The techs are professional and get the job done quickly and efficiently. They're the first call I make when I have plumbing problems.

On Friday, Dec 16 at 6:30 pm I had a water heater problem and texted My Plumber for help. I received a reply within 5 minutes. Who else is that responsive. Mike arrived at 8:00 am on our scheduled day and immediately found the problem, which was a builder-caused defect in the venting through the attic. He rerouted the vent, curing the problem. In an hour and a half, our water heater was back on and working perfectly. Given the choice, in the future I will ALWAYS use My Plumber!

hired him for a very simple plumbing- Gary is a nice as a person but he is old (74) squeezing under the toilet. he is extremely slow for a job that would take an hour, he took three and half hours- his charges are very high 150 per hour yet tells you that others charge a lot more. can not think out of the box -he brings his son who is pretty nice and could actually work faster and better than his father, but Gary does not let do anything except hand him the tools.

Such fast, friendly and efficient service. Our main drain backed up on a Friday evening and with one quick call, Roto-Rooter had us scheduled on their books and a technician on their way in a couple hours. Very impressed with how timely they were- I expected that we would have to wait all weekend before someone could be out to fix the drain. Nope!! Matt showed up quickly, armed with shoe covers so he didn't get my carpet dirty (so appreciated). He was just great. Friendly, funny and very informative about what our problem was.
