Tim (6258) came to our house and took a look at our sewer line to the street -- using a camera attached to a snake. The best part about the visit is that he invited me to see what the camera was seeing...pointing out what was OK and not OK in the pipe. It's an old house, built in the late-30s, so chances are things have eroded a bit! He then gave me a few different scenarios on how to fix the problem. It's great information, based on fact -- not speculation -- which is all a potential customer can ask for. So great job, Tim. And thanks for being so easygoing and friendly -- makes a huge difference.

I love this place. The tall guy is very helpful. Sorry don’t know his name. He has helped me twice in the last month. Once to get a part for my water heater and the other for abs pipe. He helped explain what I needed to do to fix the leaky pipe. The prices are a little more but for the knowledge they provide and convenience it’s totally worth it.

10pm last night we heard dripping - we called and someone came out the next morning and replaced some pipes within hours. Very grateful for the fast service and helpful tips. This is our second time using this company and we will definitely go back if we have any other problems!

I had Brian for an appointment today. He was on time, very thorough in the process, and was able to clear our blocked shower drain in a very timely manner. He gave great tips on preventative measures. I hope I never have to book another appointment, but if I do, I would feel comfortable booking with them again.

Very knowledgeable and nice plumber! Came in and said what he was going to do how he was going to do it. Went right to work and was able to talk through what the problem was and how we can avoid this in the future and how to keep the drain clear and cleaner. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and will be going back if I have any issues like this in the future.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! $252 to unclog my toilet!After I signed, it took him less than 5-minutes to unclog the toilet.I asked the guy why it was so expensive and he said, travel expenses. (Did he have to drive to St Paul from Chicago? from Atlanta?)The guy used zero COVID protocols. He did not wear a mask or observe any distancing. I asked him why no COVID protocols and he said, I'm wearing shoe coverings over my shoes. (I guess he exhales through his feet...??) I don't think that Tyler had ever heard of COVID. He seemed baffled by my questions.WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for 5-minutes of work. I would not recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. A rip off.To be fair, Tyler did take $50 off my bill -- after explaining that he could not lower the price at all because all prices were fixed by the corporate office.$202 is still WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for 5-minutes of work.
