We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Cichy's replaced the water line to my house and repaired two sections of the sewer line. They were very communicative, kept me up to date with the project progress. The crew was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very clean as well while working in my house. I was only without water for less than an hour and sewer for about 2 hours. The work was conducted in the February cold! Cichy's will be back in the spring to restore my front lawn. Great job guys!

My property needed different jobs in the water heater area, so I hired a company for such a service that at the same hired Associated Plumbing Inc. Associated Plumbing Inc., came and took the water heater off advising that it should be changed to a new one. I bought the water heater from a different place because Associated Plumbing Inc. price was twice as much as the other place (same water heater). I asked them exactly the parts needed, but the response was mediocre, vague or not even responsive. When we finally agreed on a date to install the water heater, they send me an email the next day stating At this time our owner does not wish to proceed with this or any other work mentioned

To summarize their services: unprofessional, mediocre, expensive, lack of proper communication, lack of customer service.
