I needed to repair the main sewer line at my home. Before getting a recommendation to try Paul Bunyan. I received service from another company that really tried to take advantage of me and it felt like a scam from the beginning.I received a quote for the repair along with my options going forward, they never told me I had to do this or that but just gave recommendations. Also the quote for the exact same service as this other company was almost half the price!We scheduled the repair date and the repair service was done within half a day. They kept me updated through the process and showed me the work that was done. The customer service and communication was great.Time will tell on the quality of work that was done but I felt confident they did and excellent job.I will be recommending Paul Bunyan to friends and family.

I bought a new home from Lennar and Genz Ryan did the Plumbing, AC for my house. It’s been 2 months in my new home and I already had basement water leakage, AC stopped working, hot water didn’t come for first couple of days, pump sump wasn’t fixed properly etc etc. we are punished to live in hot temperatures as they take 3 weeks to fix any HIGH Priority issues. Never recommend and poor quality is under statement. I can’t wait to be done with my warranty time and hire a better company to take a care of my heating, AC and plumbing.

Dave and his associates saved me from a possible plumbing bill of 14000.00 to 21000.00. He sent out an associate to break up the clog for some 200.00 dollars. Dave is a miracle!!!

I've used Dean's for a couple of home appliance repairs - my water softener/heater & furnace/AC unit. I've had zero to no complains on my water appliances, but I had my furnace/AC replaced back in 2021 and have had to make 4 calls on it to have it serviced (Once for AC, other times for my Furnace). Between paying what I paid for that unit brand new, you would think that I would've had little issues with it. It's not assuring when you have no idea how your unit is going to act up - and it adds unwanted stress.Either learn your product or get your technicians familiar with it. One thing Dean's does well is making sure you're satisfied with your service, they'll call you or text you after the fact and make sure you leave a good review, but since my install with my HVAC system I've been nothing but dissatisfied. I just want what I paid for my appliance to work as they should. I shouldn't have to run a little space heater in my utility closet to keep my unit from freezing over - and I can't run it unattended while I'm gone. For a small townhome that I have, I shouldn't be having all of these problems with my unit. Extremely disappointed for being a Dean's Club Member.

If I could add more stars I would. Mr. Plumbing and Drains came after hours to our coffee shop and cleared the main drain for us. Water was standing and backed up into the shop. Within a half hour, the drain was cleared and water began running smoothly. Call Mr. Plumbing and Drains for all your needs.

Rob and Tyler installed a new gas stove for us. Their precision in making sure the one we ordered online would fit was amazing. They replaced a very old model stove with no trouble and did it very efficiently!!We are going to ask for them specifically to help with other plumbing needs as we update an older house we just purchased.
