Our household had no hot water and Jake came out on a Saturday to fix the issue! First he asked the right questions and had me text a few photos. Then with a bit more investigation he was able to determine what the issue was - the vapor signal - was emitting. He came over, replaced the part, explained that you can't put paint next to a water heater, which my son did recently while sweeping the utility room. So now we know. Jake was friendly, prompt and helped us understand what needed to be done, I highly recommend him!

We recently used Norblom for a bathroom remodel. Steve Morse acted as our contact person for this job and he was always responsive and helpful regarding any of our concerns. The job required 4 different sets of people (plumber, remodeling crew, tile-setter, and glass people). All of the people were professional, did excellent work, and were very friendly to interact with. When we ran into some small problems (as will always happen in this kind of job), Steve made sure that they were taken care of promptly. Great job!!

I had Homeworks come out to look at an overtaxed AC unit at my house. It had overheated during the heat wave and worked intermittently. Justin did a full diagnostic and identified several issues. He encouraged me to reach out to the company that did maintenance work on the system last year as that seems to have directly caused a major issue - that other company should handle my repair for free. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. He answered my questions and doubly encouraged me to push the other company on the repair, making it clear there's no way anything else could cause this issue.

Sergio did a phenomenal job! Very impressed. We had an emergency, and were really in a tight spot. They were able to send him out quickly. He gave us clear, upfront pricing, and did very professional work quickly. We will use Paul Bunyan for any plumbing work we need in the future. 5 stars!

Great company! I called Paul the plumber due to my floor drain in the basement overflowing with a clog. He had a guy out that was able to arrive before our scheduled time at 11:00 a.m. this morning. The plumber was professional efficient and got the job done in no time. I chose Paul the plumber due to his professed Christian faith, which I share. It's great to see a company sharing Jesus with everyone they impact through their work. The work done was affordable. Paul even explains things in a simple way over the phone and offers suggestions prior to scheduling a plumber to come out.
