Best experience I’ve had with a plumber. Professional, thoughtful, courteous. Stew (Stu?) went out of his way to make sure I understood what was happening and when, and took care to ensure that our cats didn’t sneak out and that our home stayed clean.

The price was also excellent. $1500 for a new water heater, installation, and removal of the old water heater. I feel that this is as cheap as this could possibly be (especially considering a local plumbing chain wanted to charge us $4500 for the same job), and to also have the experience be fast and professional makes this a 5-star business.

They did the job right, on time, and right on budget without any upsells or BS. These are real Plumbers. I’ll recommend them to everyone.

These plumbers are legit. They are very good at what they do and also seem to have much more reasonable prices than other plumbers. Definitely get a quote from them for any major plumbing projects.

Turns out drain was Ok. He told me how to keep all drains clean. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely use this business again!

Awful value and very high rates. Toilet water shut off valve handle replaced for $130. The o-ring was broken off, allowing for water to run into the tank when shut all the way off. Paul replaced just the knob, the piece that holds the o-ring, and a new o-ring.
Paul checked in at 10:45 via text and checked out at 11:15 via text, and I had received that text at 11:10. $70 to show up and $50 per 15 mins, even if they are done before that the 15 mins is up. They also charge you for the time it takes for them to write up an invoice (not worth charging for, since it’s not part of the technical job).
Definitely not worth the value.

Find a better place on google that had more reviews, even better reviews, and is more at the top when you sort by top rated. I had an appointment for later in the day with a company that doesn’t charge for estimates or coming out, then Mike From Norblom called and said they could come right away. My mistake for accepting convenience.

I called and talked to Mike after my appointment to express my concern and his response was that they texted the cost information and then mentioned that a company that doesn’t charge for a estimate charges more to do the job.
I find a company that doesn’t charge for an estimate to be customer centric and not bottom line hungry.

Their prices are a bit on the high side. But the convenience of having a one-stop-shop for all your smaller home-repair needs can't be overstated. We haven't had a bad experience in the many times we've called them.

My furnace quit working on December 23. It was nighttime and getting cold so I needed service ASAP. I called for service and ended up talking to Tom. He was ready to come and get the furnace working, but based on the symptoms he was able to talk me through the problem and we got it working over the phone! I have an older furnace, so to be able to know off the top of your head how to troubleshoot and fix a problem over the phone shows how talented this guy is.

Tom is a true pro and he saved me a ton of money! I will call Erickson from now on, and hopefully get Tom.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended
