There are not enough good things I can say about this company and their technicians. My technician, Gary, was probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. On top of the fact that he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the moment I called them to the minute he left, I felt like I was in good hands. I've already recommended them to someone else (and this was before I even got my invoice). I admire the fact that they were upfront and honest about their prices and schedules, I did call a few other companies and when they wouldn't tell me what they charged I was skeptical. Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was the exact opposite; not only were the upfront about their costs, but Gary went out of his way to explain all of the services he performed before he left. Thank you, I will be calling you again!!

Called for clogged main in a commercial building, had Andrew as a tech. He had it unclogged within an hour.

Customer service is just terrible

Wow! From the initial phone call to the last man out everyone was 100% professional, courteous and kept me informed along the way. I felt this company to be extremely honest. There was some discussion on upselling me with some services and products but I never felt pressured. Kong X. went above and beyond what I paid for to make sure the problem I called about was solved. I would say this man is very dedicated to his job and satisfying the customer. Alan F. was also sent out for a follow-up visit and he gave no lessor credit to the company. I would be happy to have either one of these gentlemen back to my home in the future if needed. Bonfe be aware that it's employees like this that will make your company thrive. Thank you for the great service.Unfortunately they were not able to clear my drain ( not for lack of trying) but it was a difficult situation. Had to call Drain Buster Bill to get the problem solved. It needed hydro cleaning.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

John is the absolute best. He helped us with a leak in our well water system on a Saturday after we had multiple people unsure if they could fix it. He went above and beyond at another job getting on the roof to repair pipe venting that was causing a different leak in our basement. He is kind, experienced and unbelievably knowledgeable. We feel so fortunate to have found this Master plumber. He will be my first call from now on. Thank you John!!😊

Excellent work and able to respond quickly to our failed sump. $136/hour for labor charge when tech was onsite for 25 mins? Will go elsewhere in the future.

Pricing is a clear rip off with work being suggested proactively with a doomsday scenario .

We had a great experience. Someone was sent out the same day I called. When the associate arrived, he immediately covered his shoes. He explained everything clearly and he did not rush or act like he was in a hurry. He offered some great suggestions for improvements in the space to avoid future issues. I will definitely call this location again.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
