Made appt for monday between 10am and 11am. No call no show. When I called back they had me in system but no appt. Ugh

Got here within about 30 minutes which was really impressive. Dave and Tim did an awesome job. Both were really knowledgeable. They were also very mindful of our new carpet. Overall I would not call any other plumbing service

While the quality of workmanship was good, the estimation of the costs associated with our three small plumbing projects were poor. The estimate was off by more than 5.5 hours of labor, plus the job required two separate trips to our house, further increasing the cost. Parts were more than $300, which wouldn't be more than $100 at Menards (I know this because we bought the parts for the second part of the job and most went unused in favor of their own). We are disappointed with the overall project due to their incorrect assessments on what we could expect for the price of the project. Had we known the price of the plumbing project would be double the original estimate, we would have gone elsewhere. It's also important to note that if you are paying for hours of work, they will charge you for the 15-20 minutes spent prepping your invoice and running your credit card, too.

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

I just had to have my water heater replaced after it started leaking. They were able to talk me through how to shut off the water heater as well as come out within 48 hours and replace it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

We called for service on our kitchen sink. From the time I made the original call to the time the tech arrived was less than 20 minutes. The tech that came to take care of our clogged sink, Derek # 4349 was very knowledgeable, professional and did a wonderful job of getting us back in working order. Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!
