I had a leaky, broken toilet that needed to be fixed quickly. Norblom Plumbing was able to squeeze me into their schedule the very next day. The nice gentleman who came to my house was punctual, did a fantastic job, and was respectful of my space. During this COVID-19 pandemic, I am so incredibly thankful that there are people willing to risk their own health to make sure people like me have a working bathroom. I would definitely recommend Norblom!

He said he would show up at 9 am.
I took the time off of work to be home.
He never showed.
He called almost 2 hours later to say sorry but his back hurt.
Now I understand that people have injuries but to wait that long to call was absurd.
I guess that's the risk you take when trying to give the little guy your business.
Now I have to pay emergency rates and take more time off work :-(

I had a clogged kitchen skin the person on the phone was very friendly. When I got off the phone I got a text immediately saying my technician was on their way. Darrell our technician was friendly and thorough, he got the job done and cleaned up after himself. I will absolutely use them again!

Keith Nelson Plumbing came out to my house and DJ from their company was wonderful! He unclogged the drain and replaced a few parts. He cleaned up after himself throughout the process. The price was completely reasonable and he offered great advice to a number of my plumbing pain-points from both a short- and long-term perspective. Couldn’t be happier!

Joe was great. I bit of sticker shock over the cost of a new water heater, softener/filter, etc. but everything was explained clearly.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment to have a dishwasher installed and a garbage disposal un-jammed. I stayed home from work on Tuesday 7/10/18 to meet the plumber, they were running behind so they called to reschedule. They told me they could reschedule for Thursday 7/12/18. I stayed home from work AGAIN only to be canceled on for the second time! I called again for a 3rd time at 10AM 7/13/18 after having an enexpected half day off work and explained the situation that I had already missed 2 days of work and was hoping they would be able to send someone out today. I was then told they couldn’t find any record of the cancelations and that they don’t work after 5pm!

Irresponsible and unprofessional.
