Two thumbs up. Very impressed with the service. Fast, professional, and very informative.Josh was at our house within a few hours of our call and he found the issue within a couple minutes. Before we knew it he was done and everything was cleaned up. He gave us some good tips and tricks on hour to keep our drains clear going forward as well. I also appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes when in the house. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I can’t say if Rotorrooter is the most economical, because we have never used anyone else. But I do have to say they are reliable and quick. We have used them for sewer backup due to roots and the technicians have always done a good job and given advise on ways to slow the growth on your own. This time they filmed for free. They finally realized they will sell more services if they don’t charge for the video that shows what is needed! As far as timing, on a Sunday evening I entered a request for service on Monday between 8 and 12. Just after 8 am they called and said a tech could be there in 30 minutes. He came did his thing and the camera man was there before 11 am.

As a new homeowner, plumbing is scary. The Blaylock team and Chris came out and were friendly and on point, both giving great advice and completely repairs and upgrades all in one visit, for a great fee compared to what other companies quoted. They're hourly rate is fair and with their experience it's tough to beat!

Gopher Sewer & Drain for the win! Pedro got someone over to my house after business hours in less than 30-minutes. Eduardo went above and beyond working on my drain - three tries plus an attempt to locate a different option. He finally got through and fixed the problem! Really appreciated all interactions with this company.

Came early and was highly professional and worked diligently to replace valves that started to leak from corrosion. Will use them again for any plumbing need.

Joe assessed my plumbing and used a camera to check my sewer line. He was friendly and thoroughly answered my questions. He took the time to show me the camera video of sewer and what it meant. I didn't feel pressured to do any recommended upgrades and appreciated his expertise.

Andrew was friendly, professional and very informative. Would definitely use Roto Rooter again in the future. Also, considering the sleeving of our old clay line.
