Josh came to our house first-thing Monday morning after we had a non-emergency plumbing issue Sunday night. He did a great job with his work, was friendly and professional, and was covid-safe in our home.

Alex came to replace a leaking bathtub fixture for us. He was on time, very reasonably priced, and did a great job. We will definitely be getting ahold of him in the future to help with plumbing issues in our house.

John H. was very helpful and a stand up guy... He had every opportunity to take me to the cleaners, but didn't.

The whole team and their subcontractors absolutely nailed it! Super responsive project management and a tight schedule, all things considered. They installed a quarter bath in a closet of ours and it looks incredible.

They were able to get someone to my house same day to assess a sink clog, and ended up finding a bigger issue/leak needing attention. I feel confident that repairs are being done correctly and professionally.

I hired Norblom because New Brighton is changing out water meters. My shut-off valve did not work and needed to be replaced to change out the meter. I had never heard of freezing the pipe. I contacted numerous contractors only 2 could do it. They got it done for $400.00 my next best bid was $600.00. These people are pros from the receptionist to the men they send out. We purchased the Bonfe service plan one year ago with the purchase of a new furnace. They came out today to service our AC. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was getting pitched on replacing current AC which has incidentally worked perfectly for years. I was told 4-6 times that Bonfe’s price on new AC would go up by over $2,000 next year so buy now. Plus I told the tech I did not want to put any money into just complete the routine service. Multiple times in the past several years I’ve had techs immediately pitch me on a replacement AC or Furnace. Last year I got the same pitch from Bonfe which resulted in spending $10k on a new furnace . In this case I got a $550 invoice for a service I did not request. I thought service people performed service(that we pay for monthly) but I really believe their job is to convince the consumer that they need to replace the current system with a new product. In the case of our old furnace the pitch went something like this … disassemble a significant part of the furnace, explain that it has died, speak in a somber voice, give the consumer a “hang dog” look while pointing to the disassembled furnace & explain sadly that I has to be replaced. Got a similar pitch on AC!

Brent came to look at a slow drip in the main water line just before the main water shutoff valve for the house. He was pretty sure it just needed tightening at the union, but he also thought that the valve itself should be replaced with a better quality valve. We agreed to have that done, even though it would require someone from the city to come out to shut the water off at the street. We paid for the initial evaluation, then for the 2nd visit to actually do the job. He did a professional job, and all is good. It would have been nice if the cost of the initial visit was credited against the repair visit, but I guess that’s not how it works. He did give us a $50 discount however, so that is appreciated.

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

They were wonderful I will use them again the repairman showed up and fixed hot water. He was VERY friendly and explained everything. He wasn't leaving until we had hot water thank you very much will tell everyone I no to use John Anderson's plumbing. Thank you again.

Steve was great! I got a pinhole leak in the pipe from my main supply line. Steve showed up exactly when he said he'd be there, within a few hours of my call. He was quick, efficient, and professional, and left me with a good-looking repair for a reasonable price. If highly recommend him!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Fast, friendly and informative. Will definitely use their service again when needed.
