They were the only plumbers that could get to us quickly when we needed it. Brad and Tim were helpful, walked me through what needed to be done and were fast, clean and thorough. I would use them again.

Our 13 year old water heater went out. We called MN Plumbing and Heating the next morning and they were able to dispatch a plumber out that afternoon. They were able to replace our water heater that same day. I felt the price for the work once all said and done was a little high. Had it been something we could have gone without for a few days, we would have shopped around and perhaps would have saved some money. However, the work was quickly and the plumber was very professional. Besides the price, we are very satisfied with this company.

Great work by Jake the Plumber! We had a drippy faucet in the bathtub, Jake came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to have the work done. I was impressed with each person we met. Adam in the office was great and helped troubleshoot and scheduled same day service. Stu was professional, on time, wore shoe protection and wowed us with his knowledge. I will be calling for all future needs. We highly recommend Jake the Plumber.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

I had called to schedule an appointment with Roto due to bathroom sink not draining, they told me someone could be out tonight, hung up and got a call that they would be here in 45 minutes. Tyler showed up and was friendly, profesional, and answered the few questions I had. Tyler is absolutely amazing

Have had good experiences with the technicans, but had a horrible experience with their customer service agent, Noah. At our furnace inspection yesterday, the tech told us that we need a new furnace. Not something that we had noticed or planned but he said that things were starting fail and that as our furnace was 15 years old, it would be time to get a new one. So we purchased their best furnance - a nice price tag of $8600 with installation set a couple of weeks out so that I can be home during the installation.Wouldn't you know that as soon as the tech had tinkered with our furnace that day the furnance stopped working. Called for a tech to come out today and told agent, Noah, that I would not pay for the $99 service fee they were planning to attach for coming out, nor any additional parts if they found something had 'failed'. That I would be highly suspicious of a parts' fee on a furnace we had no issue with until after the tech left from our general inspection.Noah told me that if they needed to purchase parts that I would be billed. I reiterated that I was highly suspicious of being billed on a furnace that up until the tech left we had no issue with. He told me that he has seen this happen before and started rambling on and I told him he was not hearing me. He kept on talking - so I kept on talking. He was very rude, curt. I then told Noah that we were just going round in circles and could I speak with a manager. He told me that the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. I said that was fine and asked for the name. He gave me the name and started to reiterate his stance and I interrupted that with asking him what was the phone number I should use to call the manager, Mark D. He curtly said, the number you just dialed and I asked him to nonetheless repeat that number, which he rambled off quickly and started to say something else in his snotty interaction and I asked for his name at which point he said, My name is Noah, and I've provided you all of the information you need, you have a good day, ma'am, and hung up.Noah is a represenative of Bonfe and he represents that culture in which they are allowed to speak to customers in an unprofessional an disrespectful manner and lacks the ability to display empathy, as well as understanding and a desire to assist customers in difficult situations. He was more interested in arguing with me than helping me.Because of this interaction, we are looking for a different company to take care of the new furnace we now need - especially since we no longer have heat. Bonfe apparently has enough money to be able to lose our business so I'd rather find a company that respects its customers and finds ways to resolve or at least investigate options to better assist their customers. A resolution I would have found to be agreeable would have been to tell me that they would get the furnace running again and take care of the cost to make that happen as a temporary fix until the installation of our furnace had occured. Not only would it be exceptional customer service but it would have restored my faith that the company wasn't trying to drain more money out of me, especially since the cooincidence of it no longer working had raised some serious company integrity issues in my mind.The tech that came to look at our furnace today had forwarded my complaint to an on-call manager. The on-call manager called to apologize for the interaction and said they would forward this onto his manager to provide Noah with further training. I would agree that would be advisable so no one else encounters this representative. I, for one, would look forward to never encountering his brand of customer service again. But the damage is done. Nothing that on-call manager said to me restored faith nor made me feel better about my experience or opinion about the company.

Kelly Plumbing goes above and beyond! We had a list of projects to at our house that needed to get looked at. We were able to get an appointment quickly and the team that came out was incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain all of the work they would be doing and provided recommendations for future products. We are now life long customers! Thank you!

I called and Ken's Sewer and Drain came to the rescue. The were able to get me in the same day. The service was friendly and professional.

Dan was so detailed and knowledgeable, leaving nothing unmeasured. We spent over an hour discussing the various issues and projects to plan for. He was also authentic. I had ALOT of questions and topics to discuss. Dan was great at educating me along the way.
I'm getting 2 bids to determine which company I will end up working with. Billy @ Marvel Sewer referred me to Dan and both couldn't say enough good things about the other professional. I am so impressed!

I've used this company twice now both times they came out right away and fixed my plumbing issue. Highly recommend them.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Steinkraus Plumbing - specifically the owner, Jason, is extremely unprofessional. He has repeatedly ignored my calls when calling to collect payment for materials we supplied his company for a project they were working on. I left well over 10 messages for him with the staff that answers the phone and they assured me they were passing along the messages and they weren’t sure why he wasn’t returning my calls. He finally returned my call months later and said he would pay. Months go by and still no payment. Eventually I got ahold of Jason directly again and he said since he “closed out that project on his end, he cannot pay us...” - in what world does that excuse a business from paying another business for their product that they received? You would think as an owner of a small business himself he would understand the importance of every sale/purchase and understand that if you order and receive product, you are responsible to pay for it. I would not do business with this company as they have proven (read other reviews) that they are not a trustworthy company. Very sad that he puts his employees in the position of taking the heat for his poor business practices.
