Minnesota plumbing and heating was the most efficient and enjoyable experience I've ever had in regards to plumbing.

Our plumbing expert John explained to me in detail which steps were being taken and why throughout the entire process. He helped educate me on the basics of my immediate concern, and took the time to review and inform me and any other plumbing concerns he could find in our home.

Upon completion of this process I was then given multiple solutions with no pressure to select any particular one. John was professional, family friendly, and simply a joy to work with.

Update 04/18 - While I continue to use MN P&H (HOMEWORKS), and still highly recommend their services, I do wish to inform you that their prices can be high. While some may argue you get what you pay for, I feel it is best to forewarn those who may be more price conscious.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

We hired Bonfe to replace our water heater and everything went seamlessly - from our initial assessment and quote (thanks, Jason!) - to the water heater installation and removal of old unit (thanks, Nate!) - to the additional plumbing work that was needed (thanks, Jonathan!). Everyone was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient.

I've found that the employees are very helpful and honest. They also provide great customer service.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

The guy was really nice and professional, but the price was just too much for the work I needed. $1000 for a spigot replacement. I did it in an hour myself later that night.

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

And yes I’d highly recommend them to friends and family!

Serghei arrived promptly after I received a very convenient text verifying the apt. I had a shower that was not working properly. He changed out the faucet head to correct the issue and reinforced the faucet and head which had always seemed a bit loose. He went above and beyond to improve on our current shower situation so greatly appreciated!

Andy Levahn and LeVahn Bros. Plumbing and Hardware are great to work with. They have the experience and know how to get the job done right, which is something you can't always say when shopping at a big box store. I highly recommend them.

Called Deans since my sewer was backing up into my laundry room and bathroom. I got a technician sent to my house right away. Nicholas was very professional and took the time to explain all of my options. Once we agreed on services, he went right to work and kept me informed through the process. When all was said and done, the drains worked better than they have since I got into the house and everything was left clean.If you need anything done at your house, I recommend Dean's. If you need plumbing work done, ask for Nicholas. He will take care of you and treat you right.

We had an unpleasant surprise on a Saturday morning when we noticed a significant amount of water leaking from our water heater. I figured with it being a Saturday, it would make finding a plumber more difficult, but I needed this issue resolved ASAP. I called TJK because they had 24 hour service. They got to my house FAST! As I suspected, I needed a new water heater. Josh and Kyle got it installed in 4 hours, which included reconfiguring the venting per a new regulation. I couldn’t believe I was back up and running so quickly and that I could enjoy my Saturday night without having this issue hanging over my head. Would recommend!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
