Best Sewer Line Repair in Minneapolis MN

Called TJK in the AM. Had a guy here (Brad) by 345p same day. Quality of work is on point. I a had pin hole post main water valve that he fixed up in no time. Would use them again 100%.

There are not enough good things I can say about this company and their technicians. My technician, Gary, was probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. On top of the fact that he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the moment I called them to the minute he left, I felt like I was in good hands. I've already recommended them to someone else (and this was before I even got my invoice). I admire the fact that they were upfront and honest about their prices and schedules, I did call a few other companies and when they wouldn't tell me what they charged I was skeptical. Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was the exact opposite; not only were the upfront about their costs, but Gary went out of his way to explain all of the services he performed before he left. Thank you, I will be calling you again!!

Had a water pipe break late on a Sunday afternoon. Called Jake and he came and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great service, THANKS JAKE!!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Late on a Friday night is the worst time to have a plumbing problem, but with a quick call to Roto Rooter my mind was eased. From my call to the tech's arrival it was 75 minutes. The tech was very helpful in trying to find solutions to cause the least damage possible. It turns out our main clean out is in a finished bedroom. He helped me pull up the carpet without having to make any cuts to it. Also he was very conscious of his volume as I had people sleeping in the house at the time. I had no issues and would recommend Roto Rooter and the tech I had anytime.

Came over and fixed clogged drain within 2 hours on a holiday. Thank you!!!!! fast, excellent service

For this particular visit, Jon came with Cole and helped fix our bathroom shower and replaced out kitchen faucet. They came before to help us identify the problem, back today to put the parts in (we had to order parts and wait for those to arrive). Has been very courteous and professional, explaining what’s wrong and how they’ve fixed things as they work on the project.Overall, BonFe has been helping us in many different areas (we had to get our sewer fixed this year, get new AC a couple years ago, and we get our furnace and AC tuned every year with their membership. Love their service!!! Although I hope I don’t have to call them for a while except for regular check ups for a while….

We have used Kelly Plumbing for many many years. I don't think there is a pipe or plumbing fixture in our house that they have not touched. They have always been so great to work with and worth every dollar!

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

One of their drivers was driving like a drunk person at 730am on I-94 West. Swerving all over the road, going 30 in a 60. Couldn't maintain his lane of travel. I called their dispatch and before I even told her what was going on, she simply said that she would talk to the driver. I asked if she wanted to know what was wrong with his driving. She didn't seem interested. I told her anyway. As soon as I hung up, the driver then hit a car in the lane to his right. That car had to stop in the shoulder, the truck driver just kept on going. He seemed to be nodding off as I pulled up next to him. I'd sure never hire a company that employs drunk-drivers.

Jon was great. Efficient, professional and used all necessary COVID safety precautions. He even made our next appointment for the very next day to have our water heater drained!Stan was also great! Very knowledgeable and informative. Although we decided not to flush the water heater, he stayed and performed a plumbing inspection throughout the whole house and outside faucets.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
