Ron the Sewer Rat could not unclog a drain. To get to it, some pipes had to be rerouted. On their rec, we called Erik Nelson.

I got texted back within two hours. Two very professional gents showed up the next day. We got everything done on time and under budget.

Oh, and they replaced our ancient wall-hanging toilet with, um, one that actually worked.

I had a house full of people for a bbq on the 4th of July when my drain became plugged I called roto rooter in a panic and the lady who answered said she would get someone over right away and calmed me down. They were able to get someone to my house same day to assess a sink clog, and ended up finding a bigger issue/leak needing attention. I feel confident that repairs are being done correctly and professionally.

Our much more than a century old plumbing has been providing us with mysterious leaks and disconcerting noises recently. We called Norblom expecting to schedule some estimates and repairs within a week, and instead have a repaired sink, drain, and suggested repairs for our remodel project two hours later. Chris, the plumber who came to our place, was prompt, efficient, happy to answer questions and offer a number of alternatives for addressing our old house plumbing concerns. We'll be calling Norblom for future plumbing work, and recommend them most highly - simply the tops.

We had a main drain back up on Sunday 07/30/23 and needed a plumber. We first called a well known drain cleaning company and they said they had to come out to give us a quote. The quote was so much higher than we expected. We then called Discount Plumbers and they gave us a very fair quote over the phone even before coming out. They were quick to arrive, professional and less than half the cost of the first company. Jacob was awesome and did such a great job with unclogging the drain and also cleaned up the area once he finished. I can’t say enough good things about Discount Plumbers!!!

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
