My wife hired a leaky kitchen faucet repair while I was undergoing medical treatments. A recirculation valve was mistakenly removed on the initial install and required a second trip to replace. With a total approaching $1000, we will not be able to afford to hire their services in the future.

We have use Erik Nelson Plumbing for two projects. In both cases the crew was professional, thorough with explanations of the work, provided accurate estimates, and did the work correctly the first time. No complaints.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Within 5 months I am out of $633. The first technician charged me full price for small clean out from washer and dryer, a 30 minutes job. This time around, the technician said he has to clean the main line for the same charge as last time. To me, I was over charge the first time. A refund of half the amount charge the first would be sufficient.

My drain started backing up Friday at noon on 7/3. I was having my nieces and some other family over for the weekend and new we couldn't go without water. I called around and most places were scheduling sunday or monday. Roto had someone out in under 2 hours! They fixed the problem relatively quickly, they were polite, friendly and courteous. I could not be happier with the result and their response time. I would recommend

I needed a new water heater due to the manner in which the old was vented so upon furnace replacement the old would not continue to vent. The installer was on time, professional and was efficient and completed the work leaving it looking great. The installer also remembered doing additional work in the house 7 years ago. Very impressive that your team remembers houses and home owners. I have always enjoyed working with Norblom and was pleased when I found out it was Norblom that was contracted by Standard Heating for the heater.

used Bonfe in the past never had a issue i will keep it short.main sewer line gets tree roots Bonfe quoted me $99 main line clean out which is their price all over Bonfe web site. My wife waited around all day with no running water, when they arrived they charged her $788.00 to clean out the main line. they scammed us.. the Tech was here less then a hour. Be very careful when using Bonfe for anything. Very disappointed. i thought Bonfe was better then this, BUT I guess not..

According to the reviews, excellent service. I would have loved to find out first hand but the person answering the phone was extremely unhelpful and condescending.

Chris showed up early, called first to make sure that worked for us. We had sewage backing up through the main drain line into the basement and he was able to free up any clogs and remove debris that helped cause the backup. On his way out he noticed the drain for the softener backing up and asked us if we'd like him to clean that up as well, which he did. All seems to be working now. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and quick service. Would recommend to anyone having issues.

Two days no return call. I called again to find out they are NOT taking residential work.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
