Best Septic System Maintenance in Minneapolis MN

We had Will come out to clean our floor drain after a load of laundry left standing water in our basement. Booked the appt online and they were here within a couple hours! Will was very professional, nice, and efficient! Would highly recommend!

Our tech, Brad, was at our home within 3.5 hrs of requesting an appointment. He was efficient and helpful (checking to be sure nothing leaked following the snake through our drain) and also helped us get our garbage disposal working again to ensure the entire drain/system was in working order. Appreciate the quick response and fix over the weekend!

John came out and his timing was punctual. He did a great job and I do think he must be a senior plumber or trainer because of the quality I have seen of his work. We will call again in the future!

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!

Did the job after repairing one of 3 tools that broke down. I forgot how pricey they compared to others. Can't do that anymore. And the first price didn't include unclogging the drain that was the problem.

Be very careful in negotiations with this company. I called their company up and asked if they could beat a price of 390 plus dollars, he said yes. He beat the price by a few dollars. When the service man came out, I asked him what they change. It was 160 for the first hour and 80 dollars after that. The service man was there less than an hour. He still changed me over 299 dollars for time. I asked him why you are charging me above your rate, he said that is what we agreed too. I can not argue that, but I did find a better plumber than this. He got me, I will not use them again. Interesting he bills under the company

From beginning to end the communication, professionalism and service was impeccable

We got a call about 40 minutes before service man arrived saying he would be there within the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. He made some suggestions for things we can do to keep the problem from recurring. I was pleased with the service and will call again if we have another problem.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
