Best Reverse Osmosis Water in Minneapolis MN

I had a fairly urgent leak in a pipe from my boiler to a radiator. Jake himself came to my house the same day I called and repaired the leak quickly and corrected a previously bad installation. He explained everything so I could understand the issue, what was needed to correct it and also gave me many tips on maintenance. He was professional and thorough. Was hoping to use this guy as I have many thousands of dollars worth of plumbing work to be done at my new place but I’ve called twice now and have not gotten a returned call. I absolutely despise when companies do not at least call back. Common courtesy, no excuse. 0 stars.

These guys are great. Usually can accommodate me within the day. Other companies hard sell, not these guys. Not only can I expect a job well done, they also leave me with plumbing and home maintenance knowledge that has since been invaluable.

Mark was great from the start. He came out on a Saturday explained all of our option for moving and or replacing our water heater. He answered all of our questions cheerfully and with expertise. Allow me to mention that Cow City Plumbing Experts houses a team of remarkably professional plumbers who excel in their plumbing work. They efficiently resolved my plumbing concerns and provided helpful insights for future prevention.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
