Thank goodness for jake the plumber!!!
My fridge had been leaking for days.. WEEKS and my cats continued to sneak behind the fridge and lick the dirty water coming out of it. I was trying SO HARD to avoid calling a plumber. I would rather do most anything else than have to call a plumber but the issue continued even after all of my make shift solutions. I finally gave in and google searched plumbers near me. I came across jake the plumber (mind you I originally clicked on his name because of the cute pic it came with) not to mention all of the previous reviews said nothing but good! He came out same day and informed me that ALL ALONG it was the ice maker water line! He fixed it in a matter of an hour at a very very fair price and I was happy to know my little kittens will no longer be drinking the dirty fridge water and that horrid noise that came with the leaking will stop. I am so grateful for jake the plumber and will be telling every single soul I pass about him!!

Called Kal's to get a new kitchen faucet installed and diagnose some low flow issues on the hot water.

They were great! Plumber (Mason, i think?) showed up right on time, got the new faucet installed in an hour and diagnosed the low flow issue just as quick.

Had a badly leaking pipe from the kitchen sink into the basement. He arrived promptly and was a genuinely nice person. Perfect fix with very reasonable, transparent pricing. I will most definitly refer them to others. Very happy with the overall experience.

These guys are great. Usually can accommodate me within the day. Other companies hard sell, not these guys. Not only can I expect a job well done, they also leave me with plumbing and home maintenance knowledge that has since been invaluable.

The most disrespectful thing was using scare tactics to get my wife to buy a new water heater without checking with a competitor who was 500 dollars cheaper for the same water heater. Then to talk her into buying some yearly inspection. They are more like car sales people then plumbers or fitters. Telling my wife our existing hot water heater was a bomb waiting to go off. Of course at that point she wanted their services. Absolutely unacceptable. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Phenomenal service! We had a bit of a tricky start because it was thought our cartridges in the handles of our tub needed to be replace because we weren't getting much water out of our spout. Upon further inspection from a different employee, Tom, realized there was something actually blocking the water from getting through. Tom and Jeff removed part of our kitchen wall (shared wall w/bathroom and no access) to remove and replace the jerry-rigged job that was done before. Long story short we LOVE Tom and Jeff for restoring our shower to a brand new system. We had a spout diverter w/hose before and now we have an actual shower head coming out of our wall. Cannot wait for a shower tomorrow after the caulking cures. The guys were CLEAN and kept everything in order by using what they needed and removing things to their van when they were done. I cannot forget to give a shout out to Brian, he helped to rearrange everyone's schedule late last Friday for today (Monday) so Tom and Jeff were free to work on our emergency. I'd like to express that Cow City Plumbing Experts is equipped with an impressive team of professional plumbers who excel in their plumbing services. They swiftly resolved my plumbing issues and shared valuable advice to prevent future occurrences.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
