TJ has rescued us from two basement floods and at least four broken toilets - delivering new sump pumps, back up batteries, new toilets, etc - all on the same days the plumbing emergency occurred. He is trustworthy, reliable, skilled and generous with his time. Like I said -- put this number in your cell phone because you will use it and you will be happy you did.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

We used service star to have a commercial dishwasher installed at our daycare center and I was very pleased with the service they provided. They got us scheduled very quickly and they were very professional. I would definitely have them out to do more plumbing for us in the future!

I called at 11:30 AM on Thanksgiving, and Pablo was at my house by 1 PM to clear our main drain that had backed up. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'm going to use him for all of my plumbing needs. He gets my highest recommendation!

I was in desperate need of a new hot water heater. Jayhawk came through in a pinch. They installed my new hot water heater and were true professionals. They also installed a humidifier for the property that keeps it comfortable and automatically adjusts based on the exterior temp so that the property doesn't have too much or too little humidity. They cleaned up the utility room when they were done and it looked nicer than when they arrived. Great job Jayhawk team!

I was able to schedule same-day visit when my furnace suddenly needed to be replaced. I had several companies visit and Karim with Genz-Ryan was fantastic. So personable, informative, and educational. He was also really respectful of my home by keeping everything neat... he even noticed an error a previous tech made that would've had me without hot water - wow was I grateful! I really appreciated the care and attention to detail.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
