Look no further. This guy and his team are amazing! We were dealing with an issue while trying to sell our home and Jake came out that day (after hours) to help us take care of what we needed! He then patiently explained the issue and potential concerns in layman's terms and offered multiple solutions and gave exact pricing! He was comprehensive and we felt assured the issue was put to rest but he didn't do anything that felt unnecessary and there were no surprise costs. We were lucky enough to get Jake himself and he is clearly very knowledgeable and competent so we could rest easy! He has been added to permanent contacts as I cannot imagine every going to anyone else!

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

I called because of a backup in my laundry room in the basement. Ryan #5504 showed up about 30 minutes later. I didn't expect anyone to show up so quickly. He asked good questions about my system and I told him the dishwasher was plugging everything up downstairs. He found the problem, it was in the main drain so he cleaned it out, flush it with water and cleaned it out some more. Then checked it again and it was all clear. I had some questions of my own and he took the time to listen and answer them. He offered other products but at the time I already had what he was offering. Within 3 hrs the work was complete and we had the needed components to complete the sink and tub (once installed.)

Tips: Leaving a message sometimes doesn't do the trick, best off stopping by their office or talking directly over the phone.
Their residential plumbers get quite busy so if you are remodeling, talk to them ahead of time.
