Great service. I e-mailed an inquiry in about my furnace troubles around 1 PM and it was back up and running before 5 PM. They called me promptly and had 2 openings for a same-day service call. Seth called ahead and arrived in the window. He cleaned the flame sensor and the furnace is back up and running again. Good notes on the Tune up form; payment was easy. I'll call Standard Heating and Air Conditioning again the next time I need service. Reasonable price too!

The technician looked at my furnace and initially thought an $800 part needed to get replaced. After working with it he was able to fix it for much cheaper! A lesser company would have charged me the entire new part because that is what he had originally quoted me. Very appreciative of the professionalism!

I had a leaking hot water heater and contacted 2 places to see who may be able to help. I had done business with MSP in the past and they were fast, quality and affordable. 100% would recommend again. We had a couple issues that needed to be fixed to get our house up to code. Andrew felt some of the work was unnecessary (which it was) and called the inspector to confirm that we indeed needed to complete the work. While the inspector had the final say and we did the work needed, it was refreshing to have them reach out and make sure we weren't making any unnecessary repairs and Andrew completed the work quickly and professionally.

We had Ethan come and clean our ducts. He was so friendly and professional. He took such great care of our home and our ducts looked amazing and clean once he was done.
