Best Repair Tankless Water Heater in Minneapolis MN

The rep that came to the house was friendly at first, until it came time to make a decision on weather or not I was going to use their service. He was extremely impatient and pressured me to make a quick decision. He quoted $3500 for a new water heater + installation.
The rep took advantage of the fact that I am a woman and younger and don’t know everything about water heaters. He recommended a water heater that is way too big for the house and tried to get me to replace a perfectly fine water softener. He only offered one option for a replacement and didn’t mention other sizes or models that would be more efficient for the house.
Once the project was started the lead guy left without saying anything and left two people, that he had told me were in training, behind to finish the install.
My basement floor is painted with cement paint and after the installation was complete the guys left the floor all scratched and scuffed up. There were muddy prints on the floor, doors and woodwork. The final invoice made it seem like they are trying to hide something. It listed the water heater + install but only gave a final total. It didn’t list how much of the total was allocated for labor and how much was allocated for the price of the water heater.
My husband called the manager after all was said and done to ask some questions and get clarification on some things. The manager was very apologetic about the carelessness of the employees and removed a small portion from the final bill. He also said that there is absolutely no reason that the house we live in should need such a large water heater and apologized that the rep made that recommendation.
Even with the apology and the small reparation I was left with a bitter feeling about this company and would not use them again.

We called Jake the Plumber after a bad experience with a large plumbing company who had quoted us an outrageous amount for a kitchen faucet and disposal installation. Rich and Meyer came and installed the new faucet and disposal quickly and efficiently, all while saying great things about their employer and the company they work for. The work was 1/4 of the cost we were quoted from the other company, and I could not recommend them more! We will absolutely continue using them for any future needs!

Eric and Dan installed a reverse osmosis drinking water system for us. They were on time, very professional and courteous. They explained what they did and how to operate and start up the system. They cleaned up completely after they were done. The workmanship looked great.

Old pipes had another pin hole leak from hard water. Paul Bunyan was able to have a technician arrive early next morning. Received estimates for small repair vs full replacement and went with full replacement since this was not the first leak. I'd had another company fix prior leak and prices were comparable. I liked the professionalism and service program offered from Paul Bunyan.

A pipe burst at our home at 630 on a Friday night. JD was here within minutes when our rents company had gotten in contact with someone. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I highly recommend JD plumbing!!!

I am getting impressed with the technicians at Genz-Ryan Dalton is the technician who inspected my AC today.. He is very pleasant to work with. He is polite and very knowledgeable and did a very thorough check on my AC as well as the furnace. He brought my attention to a few problems and offered options to address them. Only use Deans if you want to be quoted double the price for everything and be lied to by their reps on the phone.After talking to a rep on the phone they told me one price and then once the tech was at my house it turns out it was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive. So, of course I called and I spoke with a resolution rep on the phone and was told that the rep on the phone is not able to offer any pricing information and that I was stuck with this much higher cost.I was also told by the tech that my AC is the Cadillac of AC units because is was such a nice AC unit, so the parts to repair it would come with a higher cost. That was another lie, as it turns out after speaking with other HVAC professionals, my AC is just a sister brand for a generic middle of the road AC unit. Not to mention they quoted me half the price for the exact same parts.I will never use this company again, and anyone who is looking at reviews I would urge you to go with another company as well. My first and only interaction with this company leaves me feeling like I was scammed. I wish I could give negative stars for such a dishonest company. Absolute trash tier service, honesty, and pricing. 0/10 would not recommend.
