Best Remodel Bathroom in Minneapolis MN

TJK was recommended by a friend because she felt they were fair and honest - a not so common characteristic now-a-days. I needed to find someone right away since we had a major pipe leak from our kitchen into our basement. I made an appt and they were accommodating of my schedule and showed up when they said they would. Brad was up front about all pricing and fixed the problem, along with a second one he found when I asked him about something else. Plumbing work is not cheap, but I found TJK to be reasonable given the project and when I asked about other work Brad gave me ideas and didn't try to sell services that weren't immediately needed. I will definitely call TJK again when a plumber is needed.

Scheduling was good/easy, and Alex showed up on time on the day of the job. He communicated well throughout the job, and did great work...including cleanup. Price was very fair.

Minnesota Plumbing and Heating did a great job for us and we will definitely use them again.

Just had Jake The Plumber over to fix what we thought would be an easy leak in our sink drain. Plumber Paul came over and was very cordial and transparent about estimated costs, he definitely had his work cutout for him as our issue had to do with a newly installed vessel sink. Overall I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and would highly recommend Jake The Plumber to family and friends.

Blocked toilet on Thanksgiving day. Called Roto-Rooter and they had someone out in an hour. Took care of the problem quickly and professionally. Dave did a great job. Would use again.

Almost 30 year old system and now the blower fan won’t shut off. He looked through all of the potential causes (twice) and gave me his honest opinion to let the fan run because it would likely outlast whatever will eventually kill the old beast. Very kind, knowledgeable and honest.

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.

We recently had to replace our water heater and Jody, their friendly office person, was able to squeeze us in this month. Quick and Professional Water Heater Replacement

Came downstairs one morning to find the floor outside the utility room was soaking wet. Traced the trail of water back to the water heater and identified the leak coming from the bottom of the tank, not a good spot as this is basically a death sentence for a water heater.

Regardless of cause, I had to cut off the water line to the heater and drain it to stop the leak. So now I have no water which I don't think my wife or 5 month old, who uses cloth diapers which require some serious hot water to wash, will appreciate.

I called Hovde and spoke to Sue who was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to get someone out to me as soon as possible given the situation. I had to make one quick insurance call after getting an estimate and Hovde was onsite the next day with a new water heater.

Less than two hours after ringing my doorbell I had hot water again, basically it was plumbing magic.

10/10 Would use again.

I've been shopping around for a reliable and affordable plumber and plumbing service for the past week or so. Even though there are dozens and dozens of them, it has been a process (and still in progress) looking for the someone who will not rip me off. Paul must have been the 8th or 9th plumber I've called and although he doesn't service the area I live in, he took the time to provide me a quote on what it will cost to fix these plumbing issues I have, and told me how much I should expect to pay so I don't get ripped off. Although, I didn't use his service, I appreciate his candor and help.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.
