After dealing with a different company who tried to charge me an arm and a leg for services that were not needed, roto-rooter took care of the original problem with no trouble at all. Our tech (Josh #4348) was knowledgeable and informative. He had no problem at all clearing roots from our sewer drain, something the other guys told me would need to be excavated for $6,000.The dispatch and scheduling crew were a breeze to deal with and always kept me up to date on arrival times. I never had to call them and bug them to tell me where they were.We also had a camera tech (Chris #2559) come out to inspect for any other problems. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and overall just a good guy to talk to.The whole experience from start to finish was great. My only mistake was not calling them first. Roto-Rooters are the pros!
