Quick response to our kitchen sink emergency that turned into a bigger job than initially apparent. Tech gave us the options and worked in a way that allowed us to repair and replace instead of having to schedule a second visit. This is the second time we've used TJK and we've been pleased with their speed and service.

Scheduling was good/easy, and Alex showed up on time on the day of the job. He communicated well throughout the job, and did great work...including cleanup. Price was very fair.

New house, new to St. Paul. Had a leaky water spout on exterior of house. I didn't spend much time looking at it assumed it was frozen pipe problem. Jake's plumber came out assessed situation (5 mins) tightened a nut on top of the water fixture and fixed the problem. CHA CHING $204 service call minimum. OUCH!

We hired LeVahn to do some major plumbing work as part of a basement remodel. This was probably the third or fourth time we had used them. The scope of work included digging up a concrete floor, replacing all drain lines. They moved a gas line and also changed out the above ground plumbing stack. Basically, all drain lines in the house were replaced. While this kind of project is scary and expensive, we really never had any concern that the job would get done right. And it did! Dave is an amazing plumber, very responsive to our desires. He communicates clearly and is a joy to be around (additive laugh). Andy is a great project manager, always gets back to me quickly and effectively. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend LeVahn for any plumbing need. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
