We noticed a leak on our ceiling one morning. We called and TJK came out that afternoon. David was quick to diagnose the problem and a way to fix it. He explained what he was doing and was quick with his repair.

Jake is a true professional, giving me options I would have never thought of. I had a troublesome pipe prone to freezing and he identified a few good options and gave me a few pricing options to find a perfect solution. The work was done well and with little inconvenience. I needed some major plumbing updates done on my turn of the century home. Justin took the time to provide explanations of everything that needed to be done and provided a detailed bid.

Nick and Jaron spent multiple days at my house on this project. They were always prompt, efficient with their time, and always kept everything clean and tidy along the way. On top of this, they were both super friendly and willing to explain the decisions and options throughout the project.

My furnace quit working on December 23. It was nighttime and getting cold so I needed service ASAP. I called for service and ended up talking to Tom. He was ready to come and get the furnace working, but based on the symptoms he was able to talk me through the problem and we got it working over the phone! I have an older furnace, so to be able to know off the top of your head how to troubleshoot and fix a problem over the phone shows how talented this guy is.

Tom is a true pro and he saved me a ton of money! I will call Erickson from now on, and hopefully get Tom.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

They instantly called me back to schedule something for St. Paul. Called 3 other businesses and got nothing. When you’re in a pinch they were great. My person was named Eric and he was fantastic.
