Minnesota Plumbing and Heating did a great job for us and we will definitely use them again.

I chose Jake the Plumber because of their willingness to discuss potential costs for my repair before making the trip to my house. This was important to me and none of the other vendors I called would even tell me their hourly rate. Stu was great; he explained the scope of work and completed it quickly all while keeping the expense well within the range given on the phone. He did not try to up-sell me on anything. We will definitely use Jake the Plumber again.

Erik, Justin, and the crew were amazing! Very quick to respond, they were able to come to our home and assess the issue within a day of contacting them, and they were very efficient! Everyone we worked with was kind and respectful especially during this “stay at home” environment. They wore masks and other protective gear in addition to other precautions taken as they were in our house. I look forward to working with them again on future projects!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

We had Will come out to clean our floor drain after a load of laundry left standing water in our basement. Booked the appt online and they were here within a couple hours! Will was very professional, nice, and efficient! Would highly recommend!

I was replacing an old dishwasher and ended up unexpectedly needing to swap out a valve and some supply hoses. A neighbor recommended Weld and Sons for their quality work. David showed up the same day and was very professional. He did high quality work, and with the remaining time on the service call he talked with us about some future projects we are considering and made some excellent cost saving recommendations. We will definitely be going with them in the future.

I called Roto Rooter to clean out a backed up sewer drain in my laundry room. They were available the same day I called and sent a technician out within hours. Bradley was great to work with and knew his stuff. They are more expensive than people I have used in the past, (the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5) but previous solutions didn’t work very well either. I am optimistic that we will see better results now because of the service from Roto Rooter.

I called and spoke with Mike and asked them to come replace my bathroom faucet and shower head. The plumber that came out (Paul?) was very professional, courteous and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He completed the project a full hour under what was estimated. I don't go out of my way to write reviews often, but they deserve a great review. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to a friend or family member.

2 terrific plumbers came to diagnose why my kitchen faucet had low water pressure (it had been getting worse over many months) I already sent in a review for Tom M. This is about Rick Wyttenbach—a quieter man but very experienced and knowledgeable about plumbing issues. He and Tom worked together to solve the pressure problem. Then did a thorough assessment of my home faucets’ pressures, checked my basement pipes, and water heater. This was a delightful surprise. They patiently answered my questions. Great techs and both are an asset to Bonfe.

I had an awesome experience with Erickson Plumbing! I needed a water shut-off valve replaced before installing a new washing machine. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I appreciated the automatic email and text reminders. The day-of reminder even included a picture of my technician so I’d know who’s coming.

Brent arrived on time, was super courteous and very knowledgeable. Since he was here, he suggested he replace two valves since the 2nd one was okay, but would need to be replaced at some point and that would save me a future service call/fee. He showed me what he was doing and quickly finished the job.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Eric did a great job with the installation of my laundry sink in the basement. He was upfront with the cost and was able to use the sink that I got for free on Nextdoor.

Discount Plumbing was super great! Were right on time, professional, and informative. Also gave me some advice on a different issue. Was also a great price and were able to come out the day after I called. Only issue was the tech didn't clean up the area, leaving behind some black goo from the drain. Overall, couldn't be happier!
