John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

I've used Kelly several times for different work in my home. Super honest, responsive and competent.

Amended review. Paul Bunyan Plumbing was called to replace the main shut-off valve in my residence. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because I needed the work done, and their fee was almost $700. Was a fairly simple task that took under an hour. So, minus the $89 fee for the 4 hour appt, they make $600 an hour. Will be finding a different plumber in the future.

They installed an all-electric heat pump. The installation was done professionally and the unit performs flawlessly.

I can't say enough great things about Nate who helped us. He really went out of his way and was so nice and respectful. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and he was the most genuine and they are very reasonable.

My kitchen sink would not drain. They had a plumber at my house within 2 hours and he finished the job in under an hour. Ruben, the plumber they sent, was professional, kind, polite, and conscientious of not making a mess. I am so thankful to have found an honest and efficient plumber.

I made an appointment for some plumbing 2 weeks before I wanted the work done. I was scheduled for a window of 9-11am. 11:30 no show, no call. I called and left a message. No return call. 12:30 called and left a message. No return call. 1:30p I called and left a message to cancel. Never did hear from Matt’s. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time with them.

Quick efficient & professional

We had trouble finding someone who could come out the same day to clean our drain and Ken's not only answered the phone when we called, they had someone out within an hour who did a great job, cleaned everything up and had us back using our drains within a short period of time. I highly recommend them!!

My home is a 1950's ranch style house which can be a bit challenging for plumbing.

Blaylock know's the best and most efficient way to get the job done. They are very easy to work with if you are remodeling like I was.

Within 3 hrs the work was complete and we had the needed components to complete the sink and tub (once installed.)

I would highly recommend them.

Tips: Leaving a message sometimes doesn't do the trick, best off stopping by their office or talking directly over the phone.
Their residential plumbers get quite busy so if you are remodeling, talk to them ahead of time.

Overall great experience working with Cichy's Water & Sewer. Communications were clear, thorough, and timely. Both the administrative side and work crew were knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the work was completed and the care taken to protect my existing landscaping throughout the project and during clean up. Would highly recommend!

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
