I have used Weld & Sons multiple times since 2016. The professionalism, quality and prices were always very good. I have given this company a 5 star rating a couple times due to their terrific service.

The price to replace my toilet yesterday was $535, while the prices in 2016 were $206 for one and $263 for the other (which included replacing a leaky shut off valve). Even with inflation going up, that's a 260% increase in 7 years. That comes out to a 37% inflation rate per year. While I also realize replacing a toilet for one plumber can take longer than another, I find it rather disappointing that a company I loved and used multiple times is a company I may not use again as I have no clue what I will be charged for the same service I received before and it's 100% dependent on the speed of the person doing the install with rates of $176 an hour.

I had a backup in the main line. After making calls to several places and getting turned down for different reasons I called Roto Rooter. From the service rep that took my call to the service man who came out it was a good experience. Adam the service man was out in less then 45 minutesHe explain things very well and cleaned up after.Thanks Adam.

I hired Norblom because New Brighton is changing out water meters. My shut-off valve did not work and needed to be replaced to change out the meter. I had never heard of freezing the pipe. I contacted numerous contractors only 2 could do it. They got it done for $400.00 my next best bid was $600.00. These people are pros from the receptionist to the men they send out. THANKS PAUL YOU GOT IT DONE

I had an awesome experience with Erickson Plumbing! I needed a water shut-off valve replaced before installing a new washing machine. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I appreciated the automatic email and text reminders. The day-of reminder even included a picture of my technician so I’d know who’s coming.

Brent arrived on time, was super courteous and very knowledgeable. Since he was here, he suggested he replace two valves since the 2nd one was okay, but would need to be replaced at some point and that would save me a future service call/fee. He showed me what he was doing and quickly finished the job.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Never fun having to find plumbers on a Sunday, but Jacob came out, cleared the clog and left a fresh lemony scent within 2 hours of my call. Yay! So glad to not have to deal with this first thing Monday morning.

Pablo and his coworker were fantastic!! I called them in the morning and they were here by noon. They unclogged my basement floor drain and were in and out in 15min. I had another company come out before and they could not unclog my drain, said I would have to replace it and it would cost me thousands of dollars. I am so grateful for Pablo!!!
