Best Plumbing Job in Minneapolis MN

Very positive experience. i received a response to my online request in less than 24 hours, with two options for timing for a visit. The technician was prompt and worked all day long to install two sumps in my basement. Josh gave me an overview of the costs and there were no surprises. He was communicative throughout the process. And he answered my questions and offered estimates on other queries.
The only point of dissatisfaction that I have is that there was nothing put in place to hold the 4” guide piping connected to the sump discharge line; while away from home, it slipped off and the sump was discharged close to the house until I returned and checked on it. In my opinion, there should be some way to ensure that this pipe stays in place. Nonetheless, all else was well- done and cleaned up, and I have updated, functioning equipment and greater peace of mind.

I was initially unhappy with my service from Minnesota Pluming and Heating. But after discussing the issues I had with them, they when above and beyond to correct everything appropriately and promptly. Other businesses could learn a lesson in customer service from them. Excellent.

My entire experience with Erik Nelson Plumbing was great. I described my issue to Nick when I scheduled my service and he found the most appropriate team to address my problem. Erik (the owner) and Jaron came to the house and gave me an estimate and described what the job likely would entail. I had a broken vent pipe in my upstairs bathroom that need to be replaced and reconnected to my main vent stack. I also had them replace all of the remaining galvanized pipes in that bathroom as well. They had to open the wall in an adjacent bedroom to make the repairs. I was very happy with their work and they left the work area spotless. The final cost came in below their original estimate. These are good guys and I highly recommend them.

I was told by another company that I needed to open the basement floor and replace our main sewer line to the tune of 20K$. Norblom recommended someone to do a second opinion camera inspection and the result was a descaling for less than 1k$ and no tearing up the floor. Honest and professional. I'll be coming back for any future plumbing needs.

Used Kelly plumbing to install a garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. Might have tried to do it myself, but our sink had never had one before. Steven was on time and installed the disposal in about an hour. Would definitely use Kelly Plumbing again in the future.
